Services

One company. Every trade your home needs.

From single-room updates to whole-home transformations and commercial buildouts, we plan, schedule and deliver the entire project — with our own finishing crews and licensed mechanical partners.

Full Home Renovations

A full home renovation is the largest project most homeowners ever take on. We make it manageable: one team, one schedule, one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final coat of paint.

  • One accountable contractor. No chasing five different trades. We schedule, supervise and stand behind every part of the job.
  • Transparent fixed quotes. Detailed line-item quotes before work begins, with written change orders if scope shifts — no surprise invoices.
  • Live-in friendly scheduling. We phase work room by room where possible, with daily cleanup, dust barriers and floor protection.

Basement Finishing

Your basement is the cheapest square footage you'll ever add to your home. We turn cold, unfinished space into rooms your family actually uses — or a legal secondary suite that pays the mortgage.

  • Built for below grade. Proper vapour barriers, subfloor systems and insulation so the space stays warm and dry year-round.
  • Legal suite expertise. Egress windows, fire separation, sound insulation and ceiling heights handled to Ontario second-suite requirements.
  • Smart layouts for low ceilings. Bulkheads, lighting plans and door placements that make a basement feel like a main floor.

Flooring Installation

Flooring is where our company started, and it's still the trade we're known for. Flat, tight, square installations with clean transitions — the difference you can see from the doorway and feel underfoot.

  • Subfloor done right. Levelling, squeak elimination and moisture testing before installation — the step most installers skip.
  • All major materials. Hardwood, engineered, laminate, LVP/LVT and tile, with honest advice on what suits Canadian seasons and your rooms.
  • Seamless transitions. Stair nosing, flush-mount vents and clean thresholds matched to your floor, not generic strips.

Kitchen Renovations

The kitchen is the most-used room in the house and the one buyers look at first. We renovate kitchens that work harder — better storage, better light, better flow — and look like they belong in a much more expensive home.

  • Full project management. Demo to final caulk bead under one schedule. You deal with us, not six subcontractors.
  • Layout expertise. Wall removals, island additions and appliance relocations planned with structure and mechanicals in mind.
  • Premium finishing. Tight tile lines, levelled cabinets, scribed panels and clean silicone — details that make a kitchen read as custom.

Bathroom Renovations

Bathrooms are small rooms where everything matters: waterproofing you'll never see, tile lines you'll see every day, and a dozen trades coordinated in a few square metres. It's exacting work — and it's work we love.

  • Waterproofing first. Membrane systems and flood-tested pans on every shower — the protection that determines whether a bathroom lasts 5 years or 25.
  • Premium tile work. Large-format tile, herringbone, niches and mitred edges set by finishers who tile daily.
  • Comfort upgrades. Heated floors, curbless entries, smart ventilation and dimmable lighting designed in from the start.

Staircase Renovations

Your staircase is the first thing guests see and the hardest-working structure in the house. Recladding worn or carpeted stairs in solid hardwood — with modern railings to match — delivers more visual impact per dollar than almost any renovation.

  • Massive visual impact. An entry staircase upgrade changes how the whole main floor feels — and photographs — for resale.
  • Done in days. Most recladding and railing projects are complete in 2–5 days with minimal disruption.
  • Perfect floor matching. Treads stained and finished to match your hardwood so stairs and floors read as one design.

Popcorn Ceiling Removal

Nothing dates a home like a popcorn ceiling. Removing it is messy, technical work — but with full containment, proper skim coating and fresh paint, the result makes every room look taller, brighter and a decade newer.

  • Full dust containment. Sealed rooms, masked vents and wet-scrape methods keep the mess inside the work zone — and out of your furnace.
  • Level 5 smooth finish. Complete skim coat and sand, not just a scrape, so raking light reveals a flat ceiling rather than repairs.
  • Perfect time for pot lights. Add modern recessed lighting while the ceiling is being refinished and save on doing it separately.

Commercial Renovations

In commercial work, the schedule is the product. Every extra week of construction is a week of lost revenue — so we plan backwards from your opening date and build to hit it.

  • Deadline-driven delivery. Schedules built backwards from your opening or lease date, with long-lead items ordered first.
  • Occupied-space experience. Off-hours and phased work that keeps your business — or your tenants — running during construction.
  • Property management ready. Unit turnovers, common-area refreshes and make-readies handled on repeatable budgets and timelines.
