A kitchen renovation touches nearly every trade: demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinetry, counters, tile, flooring and paint. Coordinating those trades is where most kitchen projects go sideways. Because we manage all of it, your kitchen comes together in weeks, not months — in the right order, without gaps where nothing happens.
We work with your designer or help you plan the layout ourselves, including opening walls for islands and pass-throughs, relocating plumbing and gas, and lighting plans that layer task, ambient and accent light.

Consultation
We review your space and wish list, discuss layout options, and align on a realistic budget range.

Design & selections
Layout finalized; cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures selected and ordered with lead times confirmed.
- 03
Demolition & rough-in
Protected demo, then plumbing, electrical and structural changes with permits where required.
- 04
Install
Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, counter templating and install, backsplash, lighting and paint in sequence.

Punch list & handover
Hardware adjusted, everything tested, site cleaned — then you cook the first meal.

A finishes-only refresh runs 2–3 weeks. A full gut with layout changes typically takes 5–8 weeks on site, plus material lead time before we start — which is why we order everything first.
